We want you to love your art as much as we loved creating it! Because each piece is made-to-order with care, please read our return and refund policy below:

Returns

We do not accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order. If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damage or issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We'll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect orders (e.g., you received the wrong print)

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Non-refundable Items

Because all prints are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect sizing choices

  • Late shipments due to carrier delays

We encourage you to double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
