I was born in South Africa and moved to the United States when I was 9, and growing up in another country gave me a lot to be curious about. I create stipple ink drawings under my brand Mushroom to Grow, building texture and depth one tiny dot at a time. My work is a little cheeky, and I care deeply about making art that feels positive and has a real impact on people. What started as prints and framed work has grown into wearable art too, because some art belongs on your walls and some belongs on your body. The name Mushroom to Grow is a reminder that growth isn't just about effort. It's about environment. When we're surrounded by the right people and the right energy, we all have mushroom to grow.
