Q: Where do you ship from?
All items ship from the U.S. using trusted print and frame partners. Depending on what you order, it may arrive in separate packages.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Most prints and framed art ship within 4–8 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but I’m working on it! If you're outside the U.S. and want something, send me a message and I’ll try to make it happen.

 

🍄 Products & Framing

Q: Are the prints original artwork?
Yes! Every design is hand-drawn by me using ink and dot work. You're getting something that started with a pen, a sketchbook, and a big imagination.

Q: What’s the difference between the framing options?
• Print Only – Just the artwork, unframed.
• Affordable Framed Print – Budget-friendly frame, ready to hang.
• Premium Frame with Mat – High-quality frame for a bold, gallery-like feel.

Q: Can I buy an original drawing?
Sometimes! Originals are limited and one-of-a-kind. If I have any available, you’ll find them listed in the shop. If you're interested in an original, send me a message.

Q: How will I receive my digital download?
Your digital download will be emailed to you immediately after purchase. You will also see a download link on your order confirmation page, making it easy to save your file and print or use digitally right away.

Q: How can I frame my digital download?
Your digital download is a high-resolution 600 DPI PNG on 8.5"x11" paper with a blank border, giving you flexible framing options:
• Frame as an 8"x8" square for a clean look
• Use a 12"x12" frame with an 8"x8" mat opening for a gallery feel
• Fit in 9"x9", 10"x10", or 11"x14" frames with an 8"x8" mat opening
• Use a standard 8.5"x11" frame to display with the border
• Print smaller (5"x5", 6"x6") while maintaining quality
• Or use it as a digital wallpaper for your devices
Your file will print crisp and clear at these sizes so you can display your artwork however it fits your space best.

Q: Do you take custom orders or commissions?

Q: Can I request a specific size or format not listed?
Possibly! Reach out and I’ll see what I can do.

 

🍄 Returns & Damages

Q: What’s your return policy?
Because everything is made-to-order, I don’t accept returns — but if there’s a problem with your order (like damage or the wrong item), I’ll make it right. Just send a photo and your order info within 14 days of delivery.

Q: My print arrived damaged. What do I do?
So sorry about that! Send me a clear photo of the damage and your order number, and I’ll make sure you get a replacement.
