🍄 Orders & Shipping

Q: Where do you ship from? Prints and framed art ship from the U.S. using trusted print and frame partners. Apparel and accessories may ship from the U.S. or internationally depending on the product. Depending on what you order, items may arrive in separate packages.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive? Most prints and framed art ship within 3 to 5 business days. Apparel and accessories are made to order and typically take 2 to 7 business days to produce, with an additional 3 to 8 business days for US delivery. Some apparel items ship from overseas so total delivery time may be longer. Allow a little extra time during busy seasons.

Q: Do you ship internationally? Not at this time. If you're outside the U.S. and want something, send me a message at contact@mushroomtogrow.com and I'll see what I can do.

🍄 Products & Framing

Q: Are the prints original artwork? Yes! Every design is hand-drawn by me using ink and dot work. You're getting something that started with a pen, a sketchbook, and a big imagination.

Q: What's the difference between the framing options?
Print Only: Just the artwork, unframed.
Affordable Framed Print: Budget-friendly frame, ready to hang.
Premium Frame with Mat: High-quality frame for a bold, gallery-like feel. Want help choosing? Reach out and I'm happy to walk you through it.

Q: Can I buy an original drawing? Sometimes! Originals are limited and one of a kind. If you're interested in an original, send me a message at contact@mushroomtogrow.com.

Q: How will I receive my digital download? Your download link will appear on your order confirmation page immediately after purchase. You'll also receive it by email so it's easy to find and save whenever you're ready.

Q: How can I frame my digital download? Your digital download is a high resolution 600 DPI PNG on 8.5"x11" paper with a blank border, giving you flexible framing options: Frame as an 8"x8" square for a clean look. Use a 12"x12" frame with an 8"x8" mat opening for a gallery feel. Fit in 9"x9", 10"x10", or 11"x14" frames with an 8"x8" mat opening. Use a standard 8.5"x11" frame to display with the border. Print smaller at 5"x5" or 6"x6" while maintaining quality. Use it as a digital wallpaper for your devices. Your file will print crisp and clear at any of these sizes so you can display your art however it fits your space best.

🍄 Apparel & Accessories

Q: How do the hoodies and crewnecks fit? The Spore Booty Collection is designed with an oversized, relaxed fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, sizing down is a good option. Each product page includes a size chart with exact measurements to help you decide.

Q: How do I care for my hoodie or crewneck? To keep the artwork looking its best, wash inside out on a cold gentle cycle and tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Avoid bleach and high heat.

Q: Do the luggage tags and journals come in different designs? Yes! Check the shop for current available styles. New designs get added as the collection grows.

🍄 Custom & Special Requests

Q: Do you take custom orders or commissions? Occasionally! If you have a specific idea or would love to see your favorite mushroom get a cheeky little glow-up, email me at contact@mushroomtogrow.com and let's talk.

Q: Can I request a specific size or format not listed? Possibly! Reach out and I'll see what I can do.

🍄 Discount Codes

Q: I have a discount code. How do I use it? At checkout, look for the "Discount code" field and type your code in. The discount will be applied to your order total automatically before you complete your purchase.

🍄 Returns & Damages

Q: What's your return policy? Because everything is made to order, I don't accept returns. But if there's a problem with your order like damage or the wrong item, I'll make it right. Just send a photo and your order info to contact@mushroomtogrow.com within 14 days of delivery.

Q: My print arrived damaged. What do I do? So sorry about that! Send a clear photo of the damage along with your order number to contact@mushroomtogrow.com and I'll make sure you get a replacement right away.
